We have set up a device on aikaan portal to test connectivity for a very long time. But we noticed yesterday ( i.e 1st Oct 2020 ) , ssh has stopped working from the portal. And None of the ports are opening from the Aikaan portal.
Please let me know if there is any solution for this issue.

Were there any changes in the port configurations on your router/firewall? If it stopped working for two days, I can only imagine external factors causing this problem.
Your firewall/router must allow following outgoing ports
80, 443, 19001 to 19005 to the AiKaan portal

The system is not on the router. it is on the gsm network. and executing commands, logs everything works fine. even we can deploy the docker containers, artifacts. only the feature related to the port is not working i.e ssh and other ports which have services running
