Slack Channel Notification issues

Hi,

I have configured notification for my slack channel, but somehow I am not getting any notification. In the “Events” tab of the controller, I can see the events but not on my slack channel. Slack channel is private, will that be an issue?

Welcome to the Aikaan Community ! Please verify the following 2 things to ensure all events in the “events” tab show up in slack.

  1. Click on the username on the top right corner
  2. Click on Settings → Notifications
  3. Ensure the following :
    a. Slack Channel is enabled , like the screenshot below

Edit - Actually, it was a little confusing, I selected only 5 events ( Notify based on Severity). I have tried it and it is working fine now. Thanks.

Also, can we add a select all option as well?
