Device online status on E-Mail

Dear Aikaan,

We have our custom Aikaan server at xx.yy.zz.aa. We want to get device online/offline status on our e-mail. Can we do that?

Hi @Muzahid ,

As of now, we can not get the device’s online/offline status by e-mail. However, you can get the status in a table format and also download the status into an excel sheet. I hope you are aware of it. If not, I can help you with more details.

Login->Click “Reports” on side bar → Select the device group or dynamic group → Select “Device uptime”.

+1 to this feature requirement

Would expand to say the following would be preferred:

  1. Email notification
  2. MS Teams notification / Telegram bot notifiation / …

Thanks for the feedback. We will consider this.

BTW, are you aware that you can configure slack to get notifications? You can receive the device up and device down events on slack.
