Search feature not working?

Is the search feature not working? We have a device with “022” in it, and when I search for it, it does not show in search results.

Hi,
If I remember correctly, universal search service was never enabled due to resource limitation of the server. Idea was to add resources at later stage.
However, if you want to search only on device list, there is a dedicated search box for that (in the right side of the page)
Please have a look at the attached screenshot.
