Profile change | compose file change container not creating

After changing the profile of the device or changing compose file. lots of containers are not creating.
after waiting for 24 hours, we need to restart the device or restart the agent then events are taking place.

Could you please share the steps that you followed? Also adding screenshots would help.

uploaded new compose file
go to specific profile
click undeploy
click deploy new compose file
docker ps shows all the containers are removed.
no new container deployed for 24 hours.
restart aikaan agent next day using aikaan platform
new docker containers started instantly.
