How can I download the report of any one device only?

Hi,
I am aware of getting CPU Usage, Network Uptime and other reports from the Reports page by selecting a Dynamic group or a Device Profile.
I would like to know the steps to generate the report for a specific device.

Hi Shree,
One can easily create a dynamic group with only one device (the device for which the reports are to be generated) and then generate a report for that dynamic group.
Following are the steps for the above, for a test device ‘aikaan_test_device’:

  1. Go to the aikaan devices page and search and select the ‘aikaan_test_device’ using the checkbox
  2. Use ‘Actions’ —> ‘Add Tags’ and provide a unique key for the tag. say ‘unique_key_1’. Provide any value to it, say 'value_1.
  3. Go to the dynamic groups page and select ‘Create a Dynamic' group’. Fill the form. In the ‘Attach tags’ section, select the tag key and value that you’ve just created i.e tag key: ‘unique_key_1’ and value: ‘value_1’. Click create.
  4. AiKaan controller will automatically include the device ‘aikaan_test_device’ corresponding to the tag ‘unique_key_1’ and value ‘value_1’ in the newly created dynamic group.
  5. One can perform the required operations(e.g: reports) on the dynamic group created which actually be effective on only one device which is ‘aikaan_test_device’.
