Is it possible to limit the visibility and usability of certain artifacts and containers to specific departments?

This is already possible today . an artifact or an “app” created within a department which has a scope will only be visible to that department and not to any other department , unless there’s another department with “no scope” . Such departments can view everything. Think of a scope as a filter
