In a given subscription, is it possible to add users who have created an account on aikaan independently? Currently I get a “409, account already exists” error when I try to do that
Hi Nikhil,
Yes is it possible to add users to your account. Aikaan supports full RBAC (role-based access contr).
A user will have role, admin, operator and reporter (in the order of previlage). User can be part of a specific department and will have access to only those devices that are part of department.

Yes Siddharth, I believe they have. If a email has already signed up, how do I add their ID?

If the email ID is the admin, then it has to be deleted from the backend. So kindly mail the email ID at support@aikaan.io and the team should be able to do that. Post that you can add the user again.
